State Bank of India has released its vacancies for 541 Probationary Officer for 2025. Probationary Officers are responsible for managing various banking services like customer service, sales, credits etc. They have the authority to make decisions on loans and credits and also supervise the works of other clerks and ensure swift working of the bank.

SBI has released a total of 541 Probationary Officer vacancies for the year 2025. Vacancies breakdown category wise-

Eligibility Criteria-
Educational qualification-
Applicants of SBI PO must be a Graduate in any discipline from any University recognized by the Govt. of India. Candidates those are in the final year/semester of their graduation is also eligible, provided that they shall be able to produce final pass certificate on or before 30/09/2025.
Age limit-
Candidates above 21 years and below 30 years ( as on 01/04/2025) are eligible for application. Age Relaxations for SBI PO 2025 are as follows-

Tentative Dates-
Selection Procedure for SBI PO 2025–
Phase-I : Preliminary Exam
Preliminary exam comprises of 100 objective type questions of English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability.
Phase-II : Main
Exam comprises of Two Papers one objective(170 questions) and one descriptive.
Phase-III : Psychometric Test
SBI will conduct a psychometric test for personality profiling of the candidates which comprises of Group Activity and an Interview.
Final Selection-
Marks from the Phase-II and Phase-III will have to be qualified individually by the candidates, and marks will be added for the final merit list.
Note- Marks from the Phase-I will NOT be added to the final merit list.
Application Fees
Candidates of UR/OBC/EWS categories will have to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 750, and no fee for ST/SC/PwBD candidates.
